If you need help
If you cannot sign in or complete these steps, email support@livespend.app with the subject “LiveSpend account deletion request”. Include the email address you use to sign in and say that you want your account and associated data deleted.
Support can help you with deletion and any steps needed to verify your request. Do not send your password, bank credentials, or email access tokens.
What happens to your data
Account deletion removes your transactions, email message tracking records, settings, and other associated user records from LiveSpend’s primary application database.
It also attempts to revoke your Gmail connection and removes any active Microsoft email connection and Graph subscription.
What may be retained
Limited billing, security, webhook, analytics, or provider-held records may remain where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud or abuse prevention, or under the provider’s retention settings. See the Privacy Policy for the full retention details.
If you have a Pro subscription
Account deletion cancels an active subscription purchased through the web.
An Apple In-App Purchase subscription must be cancelled separately through your Apple account or App Store subscription settings. Deleting your LiveSpend account does not cancel that subscription.
If you only want to stop email syncing
You can disconnect Gmail or Microsoft email inside LiveSpend, or revoke access through your email provider. Disconnecting stops future syncing, but imported transactions and email message tracking records remain until you delete your LiveSpend account. The Privacy Policy explains these options.
Cancelling a subscription also leaves your account and transaction data in place. To remove the account and its associated data, follow the account deletion steps above.
